Anything that fits safely on a two-wheeler — documents, retail orders, food, medicines, spare parts, samples. Restricted, hazardous and illegal items are not accepted, and parcels must stay within the weight limit of the vehicle you pick.
Fees are distance-based on the actual road route between pickup and drop, plus a small platform fee and applicable GST. You always see the full breakdown before you confirm — there are no surprise charges after booking.
You enter the amount the rider should collect at the door. The rider collects it in cash, and the amount lands in your Kuicko wallet the next day after the applicable COD fee. You can track every order’s settlement status from the COD Settlement page.
COD collections are held briefly in escrow and settled to your wallet on a next-day cycle. You can withdraw your wallet balance to your registered bank account at any time.
Yes. Every order has a live tracking view with the rider’s location, the route and an ETA, so you always know where a parcel has reached and can update your customer.
You can register and book prepaid deliveries right away. KYC verification is required before you collect cash on delivery, since we handle your money on that flow. It usually takes under a day.
You can still book. We keep broadcasting the order to nearby riders, and if nobody picks it up our operations team assigns a rider manually — the order is not cancelled. Pickup can take longer when supply is tight, and you can cancel any time before collection for a full refund to your wallet.
