- You are responsible for the contents of every parcel you book. Restricted, hazardous, perishable-without-packaging and illegal items are not accepted.
- Delivery fares are distance-based and are shown in full before you confirm a booking. Applicable taxes are included in the displayed breakdown.
- Cash collected on your behalf is held briefly and settled to your Kuicko wallet on a next-day cycle, net of the applicable COD service charge.
- KYC verification is required before your business can collect cash on delivery.
- Orders can be cancelled without charge until a rider collects the parcel.
