This page explains, in plain terms, what Kuicko Ship collects when you run deliveries through us and why.

What we collect

• Your business details — name, owner name, mobile number, email, GSTIN where provided, and your pickup location.
• Receiver details you enter for each booking — name, mobile number and drop address — used to complete that delivery.
• Delivery records — fares, payment mode, cash collected and settlement status, kept for accounting and dispute resolution.
• Location data while a delivery is active, so you and your receiver can track the rider.

How it is used

Receiver contact details are shared with the assigned rider so they can complete the delivery, and with our support team when an order needs attention. Payment details are handled by our payment gateway — we do not store card or UPI credentials. We do not sell your data.
